See below for examples of events I have planned and produced. These examples are a snippet of my work as I have produced a wide variety of events including meetings, trade show booths, cocktail receptions, dinners, webinars and much more.
Trade Shows
Event Manager
Presence at numerous national trade shows–such as National Retail Federation (NRF), Shop.org and the ASM Global Meeting–with booths ranging from 10’x10’ to 40’x40’. Events supported with additional activities and promotion including sponsorships, speaking opportunities, cocktail parties, executive dinners, and event marketing campaigns.
Brands promoted: Clover Sport (Fiserv), Mozu (enterprise product of Volusion, acquired by Kibo Commerce), Pandora for Business (DMX/Mood Media), and First American (CoreLogic).
Meetings
Meeting Planner
Multi-day meetings planned to educate, network, and connect leaders in various industries. Events held in several locations including tours, member meetings, training, dinners, and entertainment.
Brands promoted: SocialMedia.org (GasPedal, now Board.org), Mozu (Volusion).

AustOberfest
Festival Organizer
Austin’s largest Oktoberfest offering all-you-can-eat sausage from ten Texas barbecue vendors, beer samples, live polka and cover bands, contest stage, and bowling. Proceeds to the sold-out events benefited the Austin Saengerrunde and Foodways Texas.

Bier & Brezel Fest
Festival Organizer
Austin’s first pretzel and beer festival featuring 16 local breweries, live music, and bowling. The festival sold out with over 1,000 attendees and benefited the Austin Saengerrunde and Foodways Texas.

Fortress Festival
Administrative Assistant
Inaugural, two-day music and art festival at the Modern Art Museum and Will Rogers Coliseum in Fort Worth, TX. The water at the Modern become the stage area for acts such as Peter Hook and the Light and SURVIVE, while the main stage on the lawn of Will Rogers featured Run the Jewels and Purity Ring.

Administrative Assistant
Inaugural, three-day music and comedy festival at the Sherwood Forest Faire featuring 60+ acts such as Wale, Beach House, Run the Jewels, and more. Guests enjoyed camping, late-night DJ sets, renaissance festivities, a wedding, and half-pipe.

Production Assistant for Viacom
Award and live music event at the Austin American Statesman including an one-hour, televised program aired live on MTV. Event included two stages, food and drink areas, artist and press lounges and VIP cabins.

DMX & Mood SXSW Shows
Event Planner for DMX/Mood Media
Two day-shows at Clive Bar during SXSW Interactive featuring live music and screen printing posters. Introduced Pandora for Business with a press party before the live music event.
